TRACKING YOUR HEART RATE
Your Domyos 500 rowing machine comes with a heart-rate monitor belt.
This is the most reliable way to measure your heart rate. Moisten the sensors on the belt before positioning it just below the chest. Adjust it, so it fits properly. After a few seconds, your heart rate will appear on the screen of your console.

COMPOSITION /ADVICE
The Domyos 500 is made of 100.00% Steel, 100.00% Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) is used to make the protection cover of the rowing machine. The sliding bar is made up of Aluminium. To clean the product always use wet cloths. The product should never be stored in a damp place or outdoor, keep it safely inside somewhere, it doesn’t take much space. It can take the maximum weight of 150 kg, more than that and it will cause problems.

After owning a rowing machine for a few years which eventually started to wear out, I purchased this Domyos 500. I was a bit skeptical as I had seen no reviews as it’s a new product but have been very pleasantly surprised. It seems well made, was no bother to put together and was up and working within half an hour. The various programmes offering a range of intensity workouts are good, and the actual rowing action is smooth. The screen is clear and large enough to read whilst rowing easily. It’s early days but based on the first week (I generally use four times per week) it seems like a pretty good buy for the cost. Would recommend.
